COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

PAN-FRY:

  1. Place frozen patty in a preheated (medium heat) skillet and cook the first side covered until juices come through.
  2. Turn patty over and continue cooking second side covered until done (160°F internal temperature).

GRILL:

  1. Cook frozen patty on medium-hot grill on fist side until juices come through.
  2. Turn patty over and cook second side until done (160°F internal temperature).

BROILER:

  1. Cook frozen patty in preheated broiler on first side until brown.
  2. Turn patty over and cook second side until done (160°F internal temperature).

Ready-to-cook, no defrosting necessary.
