- Less cooking time is important to keep steaks and burgers moist and tender.
Thaw Slowly
- Leave wrapped and place on a cookie sheet or similar pan in the refrigerator to thaw.
- For fast thawing, place wrapped package under running cold water.
- To help preserve quality and freshness, store frozen in original shipping boxes. Store frozen in original vacuum packaging to save space.
- To insure quality and freshness, we recommend using the product within 6 months of delivery.
